Sarah has worked across global organisations as an innovation specialist and human-centered designer. Since 2019, Sarah has researched the dynamics of trust and artificial intelligence adoption inside organisations, including across healthcare, mining, manufacturing, and in the creative industries. This work is contributing to her PhD in AI Management. She has reviewed over 30 organisations and 300 staff globally and has developed the AI 360 Framework for organisations that want to leverage the value of AI, enabled by their people. The AI 360 Review was created to inform robust AI and organisational strategies.

Sonia works with Boards, CEOs and Executive teams to design and deliver sustainable HR business strategies. She understands the complexities of organisations, the importance of managing risk and aligning people initiatives with the direction of the business. This is demonstrated through her work in transforming business capability and leading major change initiatives such as; mergers and acquisitions, employee relations & workplace negotiations, organisational re-structures, leadership capability design, people performance, and preparing organisations to define and adopt AI in their People, Culture & Capability strategy.
